Heat Rescue Questions

What makes this formula different from a standard lotion?

Unlike water-based lotions that evaporate quickly, Heat Rescue is a high-density botanical ointment. It utilizes traditional, deeply cooling herbs infused into a rich base to provide sustained, targeted skin comfort and a long-lasting protective barrier.*

How should I store Heat Rescue to keep it fresh?

Keep the jar tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because it uses a natural wax-and-oil base, extreme heat can soften the ointment, though a quick spell in a cool room will easily restore its solid texture.

Can I ask about ingredients?

Yes. Use the contact form if you have ingredient questions.
